Abstract

Introduction: Neurohappiness in intelligent Ibero-American organizations has been self-examining, and the trend of adapting to administrative and managerial demands leads to focusing on the productivity of human talent from the perspective of their well-being. Therefore, this innovative approach seeks to improve the quality of work life through management strategies grounded in neuroscience. Methodology: Following a post-positivist paradigm, a mixed-method approach was used, with a descriptive, exploratory, and hermeneutic nature. Through a self-administered questionnaire using the GOOGLE FORM tool, comprehensive results were obtained from 133 subjects. Results: The results showed that applying a corporate philosophy of neurohappiness leads to an increase in productivity, interpersonal communication, and a positive work environment. Neurohappiness promotes pleasant emotions, contributing to increased performance, reduced absenteeism, and improved health. It has been demonstrated that organizations that prioritize emotional well-being tend to be more profitable and sustainable in the long term. Discussion: In the current context, many companies face problems related to stress, burnout, and boreout, negatively impacting employee performance. This phenomenon has led to growing concern in the workplace. Therefore, the main objective was to design management strategies based on neurohappiness for action, revolutionizing corporate well-being in Ibero-America. Conclusions: It was concluded that these strategies represent a necessary transformation for contemporary organizations. By focusing on the mental and emotional well-being of human talent, more collaborative and healthier work environments are created. The goal is harmony and greater benefit for individuals, which translates into success and sustainability, driving transcompetitiveness based on neurosciences.
